Site and Athletic Facilities Master Plan

Project Scope
Working with District personnel, we developed a long range master plan of the campus resulting in efficient use of the entire site to accommodate current and future facilities and programming needs.
Design included:
• Improved vehicular and pedestrian circulation
• Building addition locations
• New track and artificial turf field stadium
• Tennis courts
• Field reconstruction
• Phased construction schedule to maximize bidding
