Our site planners developed a site plan for the Carey McKinney Group to show site usage options that would accommodate current and future needs and integrate the new building into the natural landscape.
Design included:
• Visitor and staff parking/circulation
• Planting plans to accentuate the entrance, drive and parking
• Courtyard
• Options for future expansion
• Regulatory agency coordination
• Grading, drainage, and storm water management design
