Our site planners worked with Kendal on this 105 acre site adjacent to Cornell University on phase I and II of the retirement community.
Design included:
• Site plan design for 167 cottages, 45 apartment units,
community center and health care
area
• Parking and circulation
• Exterior courtyards
• Site lighting
• Grading, drainage, and storm water management
design
• ADA compliance
• Coordination of Draft Environmental Impact
