Village of Rye Brook Master Plan
and Recreational Facilities Design

Project Scope

Desiring additional recreational facilities for community use, the Village of Rye Brook Parks and Recreation Department worked with our design team to develop an athletic facilities master plan for a long term approach to expansion needs. Major design highlights included:

• Synthetic turf field complex designed for softball, baseball,
   football and soccer
• Bleacher seating
• Pedestrian walkways and parking
• Drainage design
• Significant landscape plantings for a natural buffer
  between the field complex and adjacent neighborhood

Other recent projects for the Village of Rye Brook include irrigation and drainage design at various parks and tennis courts at Harkness Park.
